What services and promotions do you offer new spas? 

New Spas can be eligible for additional discounts, free installation and training. The customer only pays for flat-rate standard delivery.


Installation includes receiving the shipment, inspection for freight damages, unpacking and placement in treatment rooms, basic set-up* of all furniture and equipment. Our team will perform diagnostics and provide operational training* to management and staff. 

Do you offer training?

Operational training is included with most esthetic equipment such as microdermabrasion, electrolysis and light therapy devices. Trainings are offered virtually. Call for more information (844) 925-1131

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Simply click the product you are interested in and an estimated monthly payment is provided for you. We offer financing through Affirm, a 3rd party financing company at checkout. All applications, information, rates and other information is handled through Affirm.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

The lead time depends on a few factors. If ordering a custom piece of spa furniture (optional upholstery and/or wood finish etc.) the manufacturing lead time can be 6 - 8 weeks.


Some treatment tables models are in stock in white upholstery and are available for quick ship. Please call for details on stock items (844) 925-1131

All other equipment generally ship in 2 business days.

New spas should place the opening orders within 8 - 12 weeks of the opening date. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks prior to opening if installation and trainings are required.

What is our return policy?

It is our upmost goal to provide best in class and personalized products and services to our clients. 

We work thoroughly to answer all questions and concerns prior to your spa equipment purchase to ensure satisfaction.

What if my shipment is damaged?

All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and all visible damages noted at the time of delivery on the freight bill and reported to Equip Spa Go within 72 hours of receipt.

Please take the time to have a responsible person representing your business to receive and inspect equipment upon arrival. Visible damages must be noted on the freight bill. Failure to do so may delay refund or cause the refusal of the claim. Equip Spa Go reserves the right to refuse returns in the event the above conditions are not met. 

No freight damage claim will be considered after 3 days.

What items are non-returnable?

Customized items such as tables and accessories requiring a color selection and any items without a return authorization number from Equip Spa Go.
