Return Policy

Equip Spa Go stands behind our products and services and honors our manufacturers' warranties to cover defects and mechanical failures within the warranty period.

Our return policy is 30 days (excluding custom orders i.e. treatment tables, stools etc.)

All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and all visible damages noted at the time of delivery on the freight bill and reported within 72 hours of receipt.

No claim will be considered after 3 days.

Products must be returned in original packaging or in a new box, with a return authorization number supplied by Equip Spa Go, LLC customer service.

The customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of products when returned to ensure damages do not occur during shipment (any damage resulting of that negligence will be the client’s responsibility).

All products must be received within 30 days from the day the RMA was issued. Transportation and repacking fees are not considered under the warranty terms and are payable by the client.

Returns are subject to a 20% handling, restocking and transport fee. Equip Spa Go, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns if the reason is unsatisfactory. Without an RMA number, all merchandise is returned to the sender at his/her expense.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

*The pictures on our website are not contractual and for reference purposes only. Please request upholstery samples if color matching is required.

Shipping Policy

 

Transport is by ground (standard).

Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, lift-gate and call-ahead.

If inside delivery is required the shipment must be White Glove. Quotation is available upon request.
